Billing
Recurring plans are billed monthly until canceled according to the applicable client agreement.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel according to the terms in their signed service agreement. Any work already completed or billing periods already started may remain payable.
Refunds
Because services involve customized digital work and ongoing labor, completed work is generally non-refundable. Any exception will be handled according to the signed client agreement.
